Mcorp Maintenance was established to provide landlords with a professional service of maintaining investment properties.  We routinely maintain properties so that they are looked upon favourably when being valued and tenants take pride in the ongoing appearance of the place they call “home”.
 
We comply with industry prescribed Occupational Health & Safety standards and are a registered entity with Worksafe Victoria. We can supply a copy of our Workplace Injury Insurance policy booklet if required to detail applicable insurance levels.
 
Mcorp Maintenance will undertake routine site visits over a twelve month period. After each visit to the property a site report will be completed and issued to the Body Corporate Manager.

Services

1.  Stairwell/s / Foyers Leading to Apartments
Spot checks are made, rubbish removed and walls are cleaned if necessary.  Cleaning of the stairs takes place with attention to detail including wiping handrails, sweeping/vacuuming/moping stairs, spot wiping walls, removal of cobwebs, wiping over door handles and doors to the car park, cleaning any glass, wiping over lights and replacing any that are blown (subject to OH&S).

2.  Car Park
Routine spot checks take place including removal of any rubbish, sweeping the car park, cleaning of all lights and replacement of any that are blown. 

3.  Letterboxes Requires
Spot checks take place, including the removal of any junk mail, rubbish behind letter boxes and wiping over of letterboxes.

4.  Courtyards & Paths
Rubbish is removed and spot cleaning is made if necessary. Every month lights are cleaned and replaced where appropriate.

5.  Lawns & Garden
Rubbish and weeds are removed from garden beds and pathways. Cardboard boxes are flat packed ready for council pick up. Lawns and edges are mown and trimmed at least every 2 weeks during growth periods and every 3 weeks during winter and summer. Trimmings and grass cuttings are removed from the property. The sprinkler system is monitored to ensure it is compliant with water restriction times.

6. Windows
The windows are washed and cleaned regularly.
