How is your investing going?
Are you confused as to what to do at the moment?  Did you realise that there are opportunities everywhere in the current investment world?

Is it the right time to buy property, or to buy shares, or both, or neither?  Often the way forward for people when feeling insecure, is to do nothing.  However with such uncertainty you may be experiencing, “nothing” could be the last thing you should be doing.

To get to the bottom of some of the issues you may be experiencing with your investing we have organised the upcoming Investment Success - 1 Day event. On As part of our commitment to ensure that our clients and friends continue on their path to financial security and prosperity, we have organised the upcoming “Investment Success – 1 Day Event”.  On the day we will cover a number of topics and techniques, brought to you by a number of speakers and guests, to help you understand the differing aspects of Investment Success. And you will walk away with tips and tricks to take advantage of them immediately.

Jason McGuinessAndrew Baxter 2 of the main speakers, Jason McGuiness & Andrew Baxter, look forward to bouncing around ideas with each other and you guys.

6 of the key investing components you will access on the day include:

1
Property - Expanding and preserving your portfolio in changing times
What to buy and what not to buy is the obvious topic.  On the day we'll expand on this, and go through a couple of our clients portfolios. We will talk about the core assets that should be present in any investment property portfolio so that we can weather the storm of what the market place can dish up to us as investors.
2
Stock market Cashflow to support your income
Andrew Baxter is one of Australia's leading educators on trading shares and options. At this event, Andrew will share a practical example packed session on how to generate income and cashflow in today's share market.

Upskilling and being able to capitalise on today's market is a key component of long-term wealth creation. Through Mcorp Global Securities, this session will help you put theory into practise.

It is not enough to forget about the stock market because you may not be interested, you may have lost money in the past or feel you don’t know enough about shares.  Short term trading can be a profitable way for those few who are extremely disciplined and educated in the way of the share market; however for the rest of us that know little and lack the discipline required, what can we do?

3
Hedging Against Rising Interest Rates
What we have developed is a way of hedging out the risk of higher loan payments through using the Futures Market. This is a very simple product and has been used for years by banks and now we are revealing these secrets direct to you.
4
Paying down your debts
To fix or not to fix your interest rates? Even if you are not yet investing, cutting down your credit card debt can provide an important foundation to kick starting your investing, we will discuss ways to cut down your bad debt.
5
Protecting yourself from the worst cases
Investment success is as much about managing the down side risks as anything else.  There are a wide range of things that can go wrong and during those times, you want to have made sure that the most suitable forms of protection are in place.  Such insurance can include having your own personal insurances, like income protection, and life cover present; and having them set up correctly based on your individual and also your family's circumstances.

Having suitable protection means also insuring against the down side risk of buying property, as well as shares.  Most people are familiar with having insurance to protect themselves from the financial loss of their house burning down, but few take advantage of being able to insure their share portfolio from going down in value.  We will talk “Capital Protection” in our session on successful Stock Market investing.

6
Bringing it all together
These strategies and techniques are all well and good on their own, but how do they combine to form a disciplined and well thought out plan of attack moving forward.  You will be inspired when we run through a couple of client scenarios; discussing aspects of their investing, including what they have achieved over the past few years, what they have done right and what mistakes they have made along the way.

Whether you are just starting out, or are already an established and experienced investor, we are committed to having you take away invaluable information that relates directly to you and your family, in the present market environment and for future years to come.

This event will help you transform your investing into real results.
Use this opportunity to take advantage of what you are truly capable of.

If you are one of these people you should attend...

  1. First time and potential investors.
  2. You are wishing to extend your investment portfolio; whether shares, property or managed funds
  3. If you have become complacent or uncomfortable to do more - or you're in need of a serious nudge.
  4. You have allowed work and everyday life to consume your time – the weeks, months and years are starting to pass us by, it seems in ever-increasing speed.
  5. If you truly believe you could not possibly do more with your investing - right now or in the foreseeable future.
  6. To rehash, re-evaluate, and even rejuvenate some of your investment knowledge, covering aspects that you may have forgotten, or are just in need of clarification.

Who this Saturday is NOT for:

Even though this half day can literally help anyone with their investment life, we don’t recommend that you invest the time and effort to get there if you are:

  1. Someone who is satisfied with your current level of investment.
If you like your current personal investment life and lifestyle, then you should probably “pass” as it will be probably be something you won't enjoy.

This Saturday is really only for those who want to “go to the next level.” Now.

  2. Someone who wants “5 minute results.”
Sure we will send you off with strategies immediately and you will gain an idea of your game plan moving forward - however on Saturday, we are going to teach you several techniques that are going to work VERY quickly. But it will probably take you a full 30 to 60 days to make significant progress.

While I think this is great, some people don’t like the idea of investing this much time. If you’re one of those people who needs to Rush - Yesterday, then you should pass on Saturday.

  3. Someone who isn’t “open to guidance/coaching.”
If there’s one thing that will prevent this material from working, it’s an attitude of “I already know this stuff” or “I want to watch and analyze everything before I do ANYTHING.”
