John Gearon For more than twenty years, John Gearon has been involved in peak human performance. Studying and gaining expertise in Exercise Physiology, Human Nutrition and Behaviour Psychology, which has become his passion. John has expanded his advanced level of competencies in Psychological Transformations as a Master Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, Time Line Therapist and Peak Performance Turn-around Coach. John resists being labelled a motivational speaker. He prefers to be known as a man who inspires others to have the skills and psychological mindset to motivate themselves to the next level whenever a better result is required. What began over two decades ago as a pathway to improving himself as a professional athlete is now a passion and commitment to helping individuals transform the quality of their lives. John is a successful entrepreneur and CEO of four companies: It's Your Choice - Executive Life Strategies, Razorback Solutions - Sales & Marketing, Razorback Professional Solutions - Training & Consulting and QLink Australia - Wearable Technology to minimise stress and increase performance.
John shares his experience in overcoming adversity, leading and organising teams to corporate and sporting groups throughout Australia and New Zealand. Penny Gray Penny Gray received her Bachelor of Economics from Melbourne University, later completed a Masters of International Relations while living in France and most recently finished a Masters of Environmental Management from RMIT. She has worked in strategy, business and product development roles across Government, semi-Government, corporate and private sectors. Five years ago, while working in an internet company, she realised that climate change was one of the issues that we could actually do something about and decidedto combine her commercial and environmental interests through the role of Environmental Mananger at Origin Energy. She has been there for 14 months and is responsible for embedding environmental products, services and programs into Origin's everyday business. Penny was selected to be an Al Gore Messenger in November 2007 and has been doing presentations and talks on the topic of climate change ever since.
